A meeting is to be held on Monday where it is expected that gaming licenses will be given to three of the four Upstate New York casinos.
On the agenda for the meeting is the Finger Lakes' Lago Casino, the Catskills' Montrign Casino, and Schenectady's Rivers Casino and Resort.
It has been one year since the state's gaming commission approved the proposed casino in Schenectady to be built at the former Alcom Locomotive property.
Tioga Downs is the fourth casino. A license has not been issued to the casino as of yet.
The meeting is scheduled to take place in New York City at 2 p.m.
