A partnership has been formed between Black Bear Development, LLC and Las Vegas' Silverton Casino. The partnership of the two groups is to help with development plans and operation of the Oxford casino. The casino is currently under construction.

The Silverton Casino in Las Vegas operates 2,000 gaming machines, as well as a hotel. Craig Cavileer, the President of the Silverton, stated that his casino is the only Las Vegas casino that looks like a lodge in New England.

Both companies stated that they plan to begin hiring casino positions. Recruitment will begin tomorrow. The new casino will be located on Route 26. It is currently scheduled to open in spring of 2012.
