Hiring has started at two of the state's riverboat casinos.

Starting Wednesday interviews will begin for food and beverage positions at Bossuer City's Margaritaville Resort Casino. Candidateswill be seen at the Homewood Suites at 2015 Old Minden Road. Interviews will be conducted from 9am to 2pm and the again from 5pm to 8pm that day. Open positions are for food servers, cooks, bartenders and servers, and cashiers.

People that are interested in applying for work at the Margaritaville Resort Casino are advised to dress business causal. They also must present a valid ID, social security card, and their resume.

Shreveport's Eldorado Resort Casino will also be hosting a job fair. That is take place on Thursday. The event will be held in the casino's Grand Ballroom from 11am to 2pm.

Before interested candidates attend the job fair, it is advised that they visit the casino website to look at open positions and to fill out the application. When they arrive at the casino they will need to provide two forms of ID.
