The award-winning Henry's Steakhouse at Red Hawk Casino is offering an
unparalleled brunch experience on Sunday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Henry's
Steakhouse will be serving distinctive and sophisticated items, many of which
reflect upon several Oktoberfest favorites.
Henry's guests have a selection of a variety of items like the German potato
salad, pickled Herring, pate of pork and duck along with caviar deviled eggs.
There will also be a seafood presentation that includes freshly shucked oysters
with champagne mignonettes, Mexican white extra-large shrimp, jumbo lump crab on
a Belgium endive and house-cured Pacific salmon served with traditional
condiments and black bread. The popular omelet-station will also be available
with whole and egg white omelets cooked to order.
The Chef's Carving Station at the Oktoberfest Brunch features a smoked prime rib
of beef and roasted, stuffed pork loin with fruit stuffing and mustard sauce.
Other delicious buffet items include traditional Wiener Schnitzel, mini pretzels
and beer cheese as well as onion bacon tarts, grilled and marinated free range
chicken cooked in Riesling with carrots, turnips and leeks.
The dessert station will satisfy any sweet tooth with delectable treats like
mini-candied apples, apple strudel, Mozart balls, lemon tarts and more.
Henry's Summer Celebration Brunch is $29.99 per person, Sunday, Oct. 9 from 10
a.m. to 3 p.m.
