"The whole philosophy of the tribe is to build an economic engine which is sustainable for years and years so different generations of tribal members can enjoy it and can reap the benefits from their enterprise," said David Fendrick, chief operating officer of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.

Tribal members of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians will not have the first opportunity to buy tickets, but will not have a designated section.

"Tribal members know we built this to make a profit and to drive casino business," Fendrick said. "They certainly have an opportunity to buy whatever seats they want and to get advance tickets.
