Lakes Entertainment provides update on Ohio casinos project

Lakes Entertainment Inc, a developer and manager of casino operations in Michigan and California, on Thursday announced that Rock Ohio Ventures LLC, which has rights to develop a casino in Cleveland and Cincinnati in Ohio, signed an agreement with Caesar's Ohio Investment LLC, a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Inc.
Additionally, the company said that the agreement provides for the joint ownership and management of Rock Ohio Caesar's LLC, which will own, develop and operate the two Ohio casinos.
Lakes reportedly has the right to own up to 10% of Rock's ownership in the two casinos, provided that it fun
