October 08, 2008 5,000 new jobs will be created if voters pass the new southwest Ohio casino measure on the ballet. The new casino resort will be built in Wilmington and cost around $600 million. The casino project will not only benefit the Wilmington area, but also generate income for the 88 counties in the state.
