Proposed Lyon County Casino and Golf Resort

ROCK RAPIDS, IA - Sponsors for a casino and resort north of Larchwood presented their plans to an audience on the Lyon County Courthouse lawn Monday. They propose a $90 million casino complex on 197 acres on Highway 9 at the Iowa-South Dakota state line. Voters will decide September 23rd if they want this project.
