Beloit Casino Road Construction Begins to Improve Visitor Access Ahead of opening

Beloit, WI - August 12, 2026

Construction crews have begun work on a new access road serving Ho-Chunk Gaming Beloit, marking another milestone as the $705 million resort approaches its September opening. The road project will improve traffic flow to the casino's main entrance and support long-term visitor access from Willowbrook Road and the I-39/I-90 corridor.

Site preparation began last week with grading, utility placement, and early paving work. The new roadway will connect directly to the casino's parking areas and is expected to be completed before opening day.

City officials say the access improvements are part of Beloit's broader infrastructure plan supporting the casino, hotel tower, and convention center. Additional signage, lighting, and landscaping will be installed in the coming weeks.

The Ho-Chunk Nation reports that all major construction remains on schedule, with interior build-out, staffing, and site work progressing simultaneously as the resort enters its final phase.
