Major Construction Milestones Reached

• Interior build-out: June-July 2026 - Electrical, HVAC, and interior framing progressing.
• Parking & site work: Ongoing - Concrete pours and grading ahead of paving and landscaping.

Casino Floor Progress

The 65,000 sq ft gaming floor is now in active interior construction:

• Slot bases installed across multiple zones.
• Electrical and low-voltage systems routed for 1,500 machines.
• Table game pits framed and wired.
• High-limit areas receiving finish-grade materials.
• Sportsbook lounge framing underway.

The casino's interior design package - featuring Ho-Chunk cultural elements and modern resort styling -is being installed in phases through late summer.

Hotel Tower Advancing Toward Final Finish

The 10-story, 300-room hotel tower is one of the fastest-moving components of the project:

• Guest room drywall and electrical completed on lower floors.
• Plumbing fixtures and lighting installation underway.
• Premium suites receiving upgraded finish materials.
• Elevator systems in testing phase.
• Interior corridors scheduled for carpet and trim installation in August.

The hotel remains on schedule to open fully on September 26.

Convention & Event Center Nearing Completion

The 35,000 sq ft convention and event center is now enclosed, with interior walls framed and mechanicalsystems installed. Upcoming work includes:

• Acoustic panel installation.
• Lighting and AV infrastructure.
• Final flooring and staging areas.
• Exterior plaza finishing.

The event center is expected to host concerts, conferences, and tribal gatherings beginning fall 2026.

Dining & Amenities Taking Shape

Multiple dining venues are progressing toward final finish:

• Signature steakhouse (name TBA) receiving kitchen equipment.
• Casual dining concepts framed and in mechanical installation.
• Food hall counters and service lines under construction.
• Sports bar & lounge nearing finish-grade materials.

Additional amenities - including the indoor pool, fitness center, and retail spaces - are in final mechanicaland finish phases.

Hiring & Workforce Development

The Ho-Chunk Nation has launched a multi-month hiring campaign to fill more than 1,500 positions acrossgaming, hospitality, food service, security, and entertainment. Recruitment events are being held throughoutsouthern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

Opening Date: Still September 26, 2026

All current reporting confirms the project remains on schedule for itsSeptember 26, 2026 grand opening. No delays have been announced, and construction progress aligns withthe timeline reaffirmed by the Ho-Chunk Nation in June 2026.
