Rock & Brews Casino Launches Major Expansion in Braman, OK
New Entertainment Center and RV Park to Transform I-35 Destination
BRAMAN, OK - August 19, 2026
Rock & Brews Casino in Braman, Oklahoma has begun a major multi-phase expansion that will significantly elevate the property's entertainment, tourism, and hospitality offerings along the busy I-35 corridor. Owned by the Kaw Nation and operated in partnership with Rock & Brews co-founders Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, the project includes a new 1,000-seat entertainment venue and a full-service RV park, both scheduled to open between late 2026 and mid-2027.
R&B Live: 25,000-Sq-Ft Entertainment Center Opening in 2027
The centerpiece of the expansion is R&B Live, a 25,000-sq-ft entertainment venue designed to host concerts, comedy shows, combat sports, trade events, and tribal gatherings. Construction began in late July, with completion targeted for August 2027.
Key Features
- 1,000-seat performance hall for concerts and live events
- Bistro-style bar and lounge serving food and beverages
- VIP private dining room for upscale group events
- Open community gathering space for cultural and social programs
- New Rock & Brews retail store with branded merchandise
Kaw Nation Chair Kim Jenkins said the venue will serve dual purposes: a regional entertainment hub and a cultural gathering space for the tribe. The facility is expected to attract larger touring acts and expand the casino's role as a destination for Northern Oklahoma.
New 21-Space RV Park Opening October 2026
The second major component of the expansion is a full-service RV park, located approximately 100 yards southeast of the casino. Construction began earlier in the summer and is scheduled for completion in October 2026.
RV Park Amenities
- 21 full-hookup spaces with water, sewer, and electricity
- 1,200-sq-ft clubhouse featuring restrooms, showers, and laundry
- Overnight and extended-stay capacity for I-35 travelers
The RV park expands on the casino's popular boondocking program, which offers complimentary app-based overnight stays without hookups. According to Bill Schutte, President of Kaw Gaming Inc., strong demand from travelers along I-35 directly drove the decision to build a permanent, full-service facility.
Economic and Regional Impact
Casino officials say the expansion will strengthen the Kaw Nation's long-term economic development strategy while enhancing tourism throughout the region. The project is expected to:
- Increase entertainment tourism along the I-35 corridor
- Attract larger concerts and touring events to Braman
- Expand tribal cultural programming and community gatherings
- Add new hospitality options for travelers and RV guests
General Manager Bruce McClure emphasized that the project is designed to create a full destination experience-positioning Rock & Brews Casino as a premier stop between Wichita and Oklahoma City.
