Central California tribes continue to invest in new gaming facilities, hotel expansions, and modernization projects that strengthen the region's tourism economy
Central California's tribal gaming region is defined by steady growth, long-term development planning, and a rising demand for modern resort amenities. Stretching across the Central Valley and into the foothill communities, the region's tribal casinos serve a broad visitor base from Fresno, Bakersfield, Visalia, and surrounding areas. Tribal nations continue to expand their gaming operations with new construction, hotel additions, and entertainment upgrades that reflect the region's increasing tourism potential.
Casinos in Central California include ten Indian gaming casinos and a dozen state-licensed cardrooms. The following gaming section includes all the Indian casinos and the major cardrooms in Fresno, Inyo, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Tuolumne counties.1
