Seven Clans Casino Warroad

The Seven Clans Casino Hotel in Warroad is located on a 165-acre site near Lake of the Woods and the Warroad River. The casino features 680 slot machines. 3 blackjack tables, and live poker. A 100-seat restaurant overlooks the lake and a 50-seat snack bar is located near the gaming floor.

The hotel offers 60 guest rooms. There is also RV parking, a campground, and a dock for 75 boats. A second hotel, Triple Sevens Hotel, is located in town.

Seven Clans Casino Warroad is an Indian gaming casino owned by the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians. The tribe also owns Seven Clans Casino Red Lake in Red Lake and Seven Clans Casino Thief River Falls in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.

Seven Clans Casino Warroad opens casino expansion March 17, 2023

Seven Clans Casino in Warroad, Minnesota has completed a $12.4 million dollar expansion of its casino's gaming floor. The 9,000 square feet addition provides new space for another 100 slot machines and a new sports bar. There is also a new entrance to the gaming floor.

The grand opening will be celebrated March 17th at noon. The public is invited to see the new features and to meet hockey legend, Henry Boucha, who will meet and greet guests and sign autographs.

The new sports restaurant and bar is named Pucks & Pints Bar. It features a new dining menu of upscale casual food, a full bar and draft beers, TV screens, and bar-top slot machines. Next door is a new stage for live entertainment.

Tribal Members to Vote on Alcohol Sales at Warroad and Thief River Falls Casinos

July 30, 2015

A vote will take place next month on the issue of allowing sale of alcohol at two of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa casinos. Regardless of the outcome, the reservation will still not allow for alcohol sales on tribal land.

August 19 is the scheduled date for the vote to take place. The two casinos are for the Warroad and Thief River Falls casinos.

An unanimous vote was made last week by the tribal council. It was decided that the members of the tribe should have the decision.

If approved, money from the sales of alcohol will contribute casino operating costs.

New Seven Clans Casino Hotel planned for Warroad

A new casino hotel will soon be coming to Warroad. The Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians are working towards opening a Seven Clans Casino Hotel and Restaurant.

The new casino hotel will be built on an area of land that is 165 acres. It will be located near Lake of the Woods and the Warroad River.

Construction is scheduled to begin in March of next year.

The casino will operate 600 slot machines. There will also be a dining available for guests to enjoy. A restaurant with seating for 100 will offer views of the lake. A snack bar will be located close to the gaming floor with 50 seats.

The hotel will have 60 guest rooms. It will offer an oversized hot tub, exercise facility, and gift shop.

There will also be campgrounds, RV Parking, and a dock for 75 boats.

The Seven Clans Casino Hotel will be built in three stages. The first phase will complete the casino and hotel portion. The following phases will bring additional guest rooms to the hotel, space for meetings, and a center for events. There will also be more options for dining.

The ground breaking ceremony is scheduled for October 25.
