Catawba Two Kings Casino | Construction Update March 2025

Construction of the Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort has made significant progress since starting last June. The 16-acre site has three major construction projects underway as shown in the photos below.

CASINO CONSTRUCTION

The Catawba Two Kings Casino will be a multi-story building with an introductory casino, a top-floor casino, restaurants and parking floors.

Introductory Casino
The introductory casino will be built on the ground floor and feature 1,336 slot machines, 22 table games, a sports book with 9 self-service kiosks, and a 40-seat restaurant. The introductory casino will open in Spring 2025 and replace the temporary casino which has been operating nearby since July 1, 2021.

Parking Levels
The casino floors 2,3 and 4 will be a parking garage with 1,600 vehicle spaces.

Full Casino
The casino construction will be completed sometime in 2027. The finshed casino will be expanded to the top floors above the parking levels. The features will include 4,300 slots, 100 table games, a sportsbook with 30 kiosks, five restaurants, six bars, and a players lounge. The introductory casino will become the the casino's smoking area.

RAMP CONSTRUCTION

The large ramp is an infrastructure project to connect visitors from the hotel to the casino.

HOTEL CONSTRUCTION

The hotel at Catawba Two Kings Casino will be a 385-room hotel tower. It will stand alone and connect to the casino.
