Sky River Casino Begins Construction on 300-Room Resort Hotel

Wilton Rancheria has reached a major milestone in the development of its Sky River Casino property in Elk Grove,announcing the official start of construction on a new 300-room resort hotel. The project marks the next phaseof the Tribe's long-term vision to create a full-service destination resort on its trust land.

Resort Hotel Features

The new Sky River resort hotel is planned as a multi-story, 300-room property directly connected to the existingcasino. Current plans call for a mix of standard rooms and suites designed to serve both gaming guests andregional visitors.

The resort phase is expected to include:

• 300-room hotel tower
• Full-service salon and spa
• Outdoor resort-style pool
• Approximately 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space
• Entertainment and performance space
• New food and beverage options, including a restaurant, bar, and coffee venue
• A dramatic botanical atrium feature connecting key resort areas

These additions are designed to expand Sky River's appeal beyond gaming, positioning the property as a regionaldestination for conferences, entertainment, and leisure travel.

Building on Earlier Expansion Work

The hotel groundbreaking follows completion of earlier expansion components at Sky River Casino, including amulti-level parking garage, a new porte cochere, and an expanded valet area. Those projects were undertaken tosupport higher visitation and prepare the property's infrastructure for the resort phase now underway.

With the hotel and resort amenities moving into active construction, Sky River is entering its next stage ofdevelopment as envisioned in Wilton Rancheria's original master plan for the site.

Timeline and Economic Impact

Construction on the Sky River resort hotel is expected to continue through 2027, with opening targeted for late2027 or early 2028, subject to construction progress and regulatory approvals.
