EDMONTON - The Enoch Cree Nation will fight the new smoking ban with their own
bylaw to allow smoking in the River Cree Casino. This follows similar action
taken by the Tsuu T'ina Nation to allow smoking in their Calgary casino.
The bylaw will give Enoch Cree leaders the jurisdiction to designate special
