Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is an Indian gaming casino owned by the Snoqualmie Tribe. The casino is located at I-90 at Exit 27 about 30 miles east of downtown Seattle. Snoqualmie Casino opened November 6, 2008.

In June 2022 the Snoqualmie Tribe announced a $400 million plan to renovate and expand the property with a larger casino, a new luxury hotel, and an entertainment, conference center. See details.

Snoqualmie Casino has been renamed to include its new hotel, which is currently under construction and scheduled to open in mid-2025. Effective this month the official casino name is Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.

The $400 million expansion project is adding a luxury hotel with 210 rooms, a full-service spa, fitness center, indoor pool with outdoor deck, and views of the Snoqualmie Valley and Mount Si. The project is also expanding the casino floor and adding the latest slot machines, electronic table games, and a high-limit gaming. An entertainment and conference center is also planned with a capacity of 2,000 seats.

Today, Snoqualmie Hotel Construction Reaches Major Milestone! | June 2024 Update

Snoqualmie Casino celebrates a major milestone today in its $400 million expansion project that began two years ago. Today Snoqualmie will celebrate a "topping off" event as construction crews hoist the final beam into place atop the steel framework for the new hotel tower.

The Snoqualmie expansion project will expand the casino and add a new hotel, an entertainment and convention center, two new restaurants and a new parking structure. The new hotel will feature 210 rooms, a full-service spa, a fitness center and an indoor pool. A year from now, the Snoqualmie Casino will be a totally new experience for visitors when the $400 million expansion project is completed and opened in mid-2025. The construction project is on-schedule for completion, according to CEO Stanford Le.

When the expanded Snoqualmie casino opens, there will be a new 210-room luxury hotel with a resort pool and deck, a full-service spa, and a fitness center. The casino will be expanded by another 11,000 square feet with 600-700 new slot machines, there will be two new restaurants, and an entertainment center will have seating capacity for 2,000 guests. The expansion project also includes a convention center, ballroom, and a parking garage.

Snoqualmie Casino's $400M Expansion Update: Jan. 2024

January 6, 2024

Stanford Le, CEO and president of Snoqualmie Casino, confirmed last week that the $400-million expansion of the Snoqualmie Casino is on schedule to open in the first quarter of 2025.

The Snoqualmie expansion project has passed the halfway mark on its schedule to open in the first quarter of 2025. The multi-phase construction project has completed phase 1 and moved on the phases 2 and 3.

Phase 1 included site work, foundation work, the valet entrance, and new 1,500-vehicle parking structure. Phase 2 is underway to build the convention and entertainment center. This phase includes 32,000 square feet of meeting space, a 11,000-square-foot ballroom, and a 2,000-seat live entertainment venue.

Also underway is phase 3 which has raised the steel structure for a new hotel tower. The hotel will include 210 rooms, a full-service spa, a fitness center, and an indoor pool.

A future phase will construct 11,000 square feet of additional casino space.

Snoqualmie Casino renews partnership with Seattle Seahawks

Snoqualmie Casino has renewed its 5-year partnership with the Seattle Seahawks. The agreement allows the Snoqualmie Casino to use the Seahawks brand for promotional and advertisement purposes under NFL guidelines.

Snoqualmie Casino Expansion Update: Sep. 2023

Snoqualmie Casino is mid-way through a $400 million expansion of its casino and the addition of a 210-room, luxury hotel. Construction began in July 2022 and be finished in 2025.

Last month crews finished the foundation for the new 1,500-spaces parking structure. The work was completed in a six-hour overnight concrete pour.

A total of 2,130 cubic yards of concrete was poured using 60 trucks, 216 loads, and 35 workers. Skanska USA is the general contractor for the Snoqualmie Casino expansion project.

Snoqualmie Casino launches $400M expansion

Construction is underway at Snoqualmie Casino to expand the casino gaming floor and add a luxury hotel, an entertainment and convention, two restaurants and a parking garage. The $400 million expansion will take two years to complete. The opening date is expected in mid-2025.

Snoqualmie Tribe announces multi-phase casino hotel expansion

June 8, 2022

The Snoqualmie Tribe announced plans this week to expand its casino and add a hotel, spa, more restaurants, an entertainment and convention center, and a parking structure. The project will be built in multiple phases and completed by the end of 2024.

The plans include expanding the casino's gaming floor by 11,000 square feet. Details have not been disclosed about new gaming that may be installed in the new area. Two new restaurants will be added followed by a third in a later phase.

The new hotel will offer 210 guest rooms and suites and feature a destination spa. A new entertainment and convention center will have a 3,000-seat capacity.

Snoqualmie Casino to expand gambling with compact amendment

January 31, 2021

The Snoqualmie Tribe has reached a tentative agreement with the Washington State Gambling Commission to amend the Tribe's gaming compact to allow expanded gambling at the Snoqualmie Casino.

If approved by the state legislature and U.S. Department of Interior, the Snoqualmie Casino would be authorized to add the following gaming options:

• Increase the number of slot machines from 1,700 to 3,000.

• Increase the maximum slot machine bet to $30.

• Increase the number of table games from 54 to 125.

• Allow one-fourth of the tables to take bets up to $1,000.

• Allow a few tables to take bets up to $5,000.

• Allow a new payment technology, such as near-field communication (NFC) devices, EMV or smart cards.

As part of the deal, the Snoqualmie Tribe would pay more into the state's responsible gambling program and provide additional funds to treat problem gambling.

Snoqualmie Casino opens the "Seahawks Pit"

October 16, 2020

The Snoqualmie Casino has cut the ribbon on its new "Seahawks Pit" table game area. This is the latest partnership promotion between the Seattle Seahawks and Snoqualmie Casino.

The Seahawks Pit features Seahawk branding on three blackjack tables, the playing cards, glassware, dealer clothes and the center backdrop. Players can view three 55-inch televisions.

Snoqualmie Casino Interim President and CEO Stanford Le stated the following in a press release:

"The Seahawks represent a source of pride for our team members and our neighbors. It is with great joy that we celebrate the new football season by launching the first Seattle Seahawks gaming area in a Native American casino."

Seattle Seahawks partner with Snoqualmie Casino

On Tuesday an announcement was made that a partnership deal has been made between the Snoqualmie Casino and the Seattle Seahawks. This is one of many teams that have recently been forming deals with area casinos.

Under the arrangement, the logo for the Seahawks can be used for promotional uses and advertising purposes by the casino.

The NFL had strict guidelines in how casinos and teams could work together with these types of partnerships. Recently these rules have been changed. This allowed for logos to be shared between teams and casinos. However, this can only be used as long as any advertising does not directly reference sports betting.

The Snoqualmie Tribe own the casino that is located east of Seattle by 25 miles.

Snoqualmie Casino celebrates opening of new cafe and deli

October 19, 2018

On Thursday a ceremony was held for the new 2,250 square foot Snoqualmie cafe and deli at the Snoqualmie Casino. This is the closest casino to Seattle.

In attendance at the ceremony were members of the Snoqualmie Tribe, team members of the casino, and members of I-5 Designs.

I-5 Designs was the design firm hired for the expansion project. The design team used colors and different design elements that reflect the tribes heritage. A mural carving is a focal point for the expanded area.

Asian cuisine and other menu items can be found at the cafe and deli. Casual dining can be found at the deli. It will be open 24 hours daily.

Snoqualmie Casino is expanding its casino and adding a luxury hotel. Construction will continue through mid-2025. Here is a summary of the project:
