A second Desert Diamond Casino in West Valley is under construction at the southeast corner of Loop 303 and Northern Parkway near Glendale. The $450 million construction project will feature a 184,000-square foot casino with 900 slot machines, 30 table games, a poker room and a sportsbook. The casino will include a fine dining restaurant, a casual restaurant and a food court. The opening is targeted for late 2024. A second stage of construction will add a hotel, conference center and amphitheater.

A new Desert Diamond Casino is under constructionin at Loop 303 and Northern Parkway near Glendale. The $450 million project has federal, state and local approvals.
The official goundbreaking event was held April 5, 2023. The first phase of construction will build a Class III gaming casino with 900 slots, 30 table games, a 12-table poker room and a sportsbook. The second phase will add a hotel, outdoor pool, conference center, and an amphitheater.

The $450 million casino will have 184,000 square feet of Class III gaming, including 900 slot machines, 30 table games, 21 poker tables and a sports book. There will also be two restautants and a 4-venue food court, and a future hotel.
Construction will employ 5,500 workers and take 19 months to complete. Opening date will be near the end of next year.
