Regulated Medical Cannabis is Legal in Ohio

Ohio has a highly restrictive process for licensing growers,qualifying testing labs, certifying doctors, registering patients and qualifying dispensaries. The medical cannabis program was enacted in 2016 and will be fully operational by September 2018. Recreational use of marijuana is illegal in Ohio. Posession up to 100 grams was decriminalized in 2016.
