PORTERVILLE, Calif. - Eagle Mountain Casino celebrated a major construction milestone this week as crews placed the final steel beam atop its new resort expansion during a traditional topping-off ceremony. The event marked the completion of the building's structural framework and another step toward the project's planned 2027 opening.
Guests signed the ceremonial beam before it was lifted into place, while tribal leaders, casino executives and project partners gathered to recognize the project's progress. The ceremony also included a presentation highlighting Eagle Mountain Casino's 30-year history.
While the topping-off milestone signifies the highest point of the structure has been reached, construction remains ongoing. Eagle Mountain Casino continues to target a 2027 opening for the new resort development.
