The 12 Tribes Casino is getting closer to completion. The Colville Tribe is the
owner of the casino. The casino has had a year long construction timeline. On
June 16 at 3PM a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held.
The certificate of occupancy is expected to be given this week to the new gaming
complex. After the certificate is received, the tribe will be able to begin
adding 500 Class III slot machines to the gaming floor.
The casino floor is 56,000 square feet. Plans include two restaurants and a
banquet room. There will be a night club.
The hotel will have 80 guest rooms. There will be a swimming pool, both inside
and out. As well as a sauna and a hot tub. Guests can begin booking rooms on
June 22 to December 31.
The casino hotel cost $43 million to build.
200 full time jobs have been created by the casino.
