The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today approved a fine of $7,500 against
Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, operator of Hollywood Casino at
Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County, for incorrect dealing at a Pai Gow
The fine was the result of the approval of a consent agreement between the
PGCB's Office of Enforcement Counsel and Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing
Association, and stemmed from an incident in August of last year where patrons
were dealt their cards in a manner that violated game regulations of Pai Gow
The next meeting of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is scheduled for 10:00
a.m., Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in the PGCB's Public Hearing Room located on the
second floor of Strawberry Square in Harrisburg.
