An application is about to be submitted by the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority for a New York casino gaming license.
The due date for all applications is set for Monday.
The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has proposed redeveloping the former Concord Hotel located in Tompson. The town is in Sullivan County. The project is estimated to cost $600 million.
the tribe is currently one of two developers interested in the Catskills location. The other is Empire Resorts.
All applications are due June 30. There are four casino licenses available for development in upstate New York.
