A new challenge has arrived to the expanded gaming bill. The state is due to
vote on the bill in November.
However now the state is being sued by a lawyer from Brooklyn. The law suit is
based around the issue of the wording of proposed measure. The lawyer believes
that the wording is one sided. The wording may show bias to the positive towards
the casinos opposed to a more neutral wording.
Seven new casinos will be allowed to be developed in the state if voters approve
the measure in November.
