The five casinos in Maryland have continued an increase in revenue for the last seven months. The state casinos have reached a new record.
In comparison to the reported revenues in June 2015, there was an increase of 2.1 percent last month. $93.3 million was the total for June of this year.
The report was released by Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency on Wednesday.
It is believed by analysts the the continued trend is related to stonger marketing and a better economy.
