A new gaming bill was approved on Friday by the Maryland State Senate during a special session.
The passage of the new measure will allow for Prince George County to build a casino. Table games, such as blackjack will be allowed. A special tax rate will also be given to the casinos.
The special session lasted for two days when the senate approved the measure. The senate had previously passed another expanded gaming bill from the early part of this year.
