DES MOINES - The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission will meet March 6th to debate whether to license new casinos in Iowa.

Voters have already approved new casinos in Fort Dodge, Franklin County, Ottumwa and Tama.  Governor Culver has also expressed his opinion that Fort Dodge and Ottumwa should be first in line if new licenses are issued.

Iowa currently has 17 state-licensed casinos.
