A San Diego, California woman won a $100,000 jackpot at Barona Resort & Casino
on Thursday, February 12 in the exciting finale of the TGI Thursdays $600,000
payday. The successful promotion also featured a $25,000 jackpot that same
evening and a $175,000 jackpot winner earlier in the month!
"Our TGI Thursdays Payday promotion started in January and the momentum was
building for weeks," said Rick Salinas, general manager of Barona Resort &
Casino. "There was a lot of excitement on the casino floor for our grand finale
day and it was a thrill to see three of our players have a major winning moment
at Barona!"
Since the beginning of January, Barona gave away $500 every 30 minutes on Power
Giveaway Thursdays and $300,000 in progressive jackpots as part of the
progressive paydays jackpots.
Barona Resort & Casino was recently named Best Casino and Loosest Slots for the
4th year in a row along with 11 other awards in the San Diego's Best U-T Readers
Poll awards. Barona has 2,000 slots and video poker machines. Additionally, the
