Rohnert Park's Graton Resort & Casino has announced plans for their new dinning options. The casino resort is scheduled to open in the fall. The designs are well underway.

There will be a dining area, called the marketplace. It will be a casual option with 500 seats. Chef Douglas Keane will be designing the menu. He was the previous chef at Cyrus.

Another celebrity chef includes Martin Yan. Well known for his PBS show, he will be developing M.Y. China.

Slice House will be the project of Tony Gemignani. The chef behind Tony's Pizza Napoletana.

Other dining options will include a steakhouse called 630 Park Steakhouse. As well as the Daily Grill.

The $800 million casino project is owned by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria. In 2000 the 1,202 member tribe received federal recognition. Since that time they have been working to make the casino resort a reality. In 2008 254 acres of land was purchased near Sonoma. This was to replace their previous 15 acres of land that was lost in 1958.
