SAN FRANCISCO - The Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians plan a grand opening celebration for their recently expanded casino, hotel, and restaurant located midway between Calistoga in Napa County and Clearlake in Lake County.

The four-day festivities include $60,000 in giveaways of cash and merchandise, music, international dancers, and a variety of food and drinks. The movie and television comedy personality Sinbad will perform at 8 p.m. on July 4 and 5.

The 52,220 square foot casino features more slot machines and table games.
It has also added a restaurant, kitchen, bar, shops, and a wine tasting room.

The three-story, 43,000 square foot hotel features 60 rooms, including several large suites.

The total construction cost of the 107,000-square-foot facility was $42.5 million.
