A new destination resort casino is being planned by the Yavapai-Prescott Indian
The ground breaking for the casino will take place in the fall, later this year.
By late 2016, the casino will be expected to be open.
It will be built off of Highway 69 and the Yavpe Connector.
When completed the gaming venue will have a casino floor of 50,000 square feet.
There will also be a resort hotel with between 60 to 80 guest rooms. Plans also
include an event center, a bar, and a variety of dining options.

A press conference is scheduled for April 5th at 11 in the morning. The public
is welcomed to attend. The conference will be held at the Prescott Resort, in
the Granite Mountain Room.
