Two Alabama-based contractors have been chosen to assist in the expansion
project of the Creek Casino Montgomery owned by the Poarch Band of Creek
Rabren General Contractors are from Auburn. Rolin Construction, Inc. is a
Native-American-owned company that was also chosen.
Expansion plans include a new hotel with 119 guest rooms, and 8 guest suites.
There will also be an event center and a salon. Plus two new dining options. 195
seat Itta Bena Restaurant and Lucille's Restaurant.
The project will cost $65 million to complete. It is estimated to be finished by
the start of 2016.
