Rocksino by Hard Rock will open in Terre Haute, Indiana in mid-2022. The casino project is a partnership between Lucy Luck Gaming LLC and Hard Rock International. Hard Rock International is a solely-owned subsidiary of the Seminole Indian Tribe of Florida.
The new Rocksino will be a 100,000-square-foot, non-smoking casino with 1,200 slot machines, 50 table games and sports betting.
The Rocksino site is 25 acres on the east side of Terre Haute. It is southwest of Bill Farr Drive and Joe Fox Street and directly south of the Walmart Super Center.

The casino license was approved by the state gaming board earlier last year. Financing was secured in March 2021 for the full construction cost. A formal groundbreaking ceremony is expected as early as late April 2021. Construction is expected to be completed in mid-2022.

The chairman of the Rocksino Hard Rock Terre Haute casino project told the Indiana Gaming Commission this week the casino has secured a $175 million financing package that will cover the full cost of construction. The ground breaking for the casino could be as early as late April.
