Ohio casinos receive help from Caesars
December 28, 2010
An agreement was made between Rock Gaming and Caesars Entertainment Corp to
build two casinos. The casinos will be built in Cincinnati and Cleveland.
Caesars will operate the casino. As well as provide a percentage of the projects
funding. The casinos a estimated to cost around $1 billion each to build.
It is expected that 8 million visitors will visit the Cleveland casino yearly.
Cincinnati will have it’s casino built on 20 acres in the downtown area.13,000
construction and permanent jobs will be created by both casino projects.
Late 2011 or the start of 2012 is when the two casinos are expected to open.
