October 6, 2008COLUMBUS, OH - Issue 6 on November’s ballot proposes a constitutional amendment to allow construction of a casino in Clinton County.

OPPOSED
Melanie Elsey disagrees. She says the casino will hurt the economy by diverting money away from local businesses, and would also increase gambling addictions which ruin lives.
She says "That money is no longer available to spend for consumables -- washing machines, shoes, cars, houses and everything else. This will be an economic drain."
