A New Possible Casino Site is looked at By Shinnecock Nation

The Shinnecock Nation has been looking for new properties to build a casino on.
The latest property search has taken them to the former Estee Lauder facility.
The building was built 1989 and was used as the company’s distribution center.
The property is situated on a 29 acre lot with the building of 230,000 square
feet. Currently there are 800 parking spots already there.
It has been reported that the tribe is also looking at the 30 acres that are
next to the property. That land could be used for expansion in the future.
However, the location has not been approved by the tribe yet.
