SALAMANCA, NY - The Seneca Allegany Casino and Hotel held their grand opening last Friday of the Southern Tier, a new $40 million event center expected to draw an additional five million people a year. The first show in this 2,300-seat venue featured the Blues Brothers. Phil Pantano or the Seneca Gaming Corporation said, "The casino itself has brought in more than 3.5 million people every year since we've been open. Now that we've got a wonderful hotel that's been open for just about a year we're adding this wonderful new event center bringing in world class acts." Return to New York Casinos. |
