Seven Clans Casino Red Lake to relocate and expandJune 24, 2008RED LAKE, MN - The Seven Clans Casino will relocate from the Humanities Center in Red Lake to the south reservation boundary just east of State highway 89. The decision to move and expand the casino was unanimously approved May 29th by the Red Lake Gaming Enterprises Inc. Board of Directors. The project will start sometime in July and finish in September 2009. The new construction will include a casino, restaurant, and motel.
“Over the years, the Red Lake Casino kept getting a larger and taking more and more space at the Humanities Center in Red Lake,” said Floyd Jourdain Jr., Red Lake Chairman. “Moving the Casino will not only return the entire Humanities Center to its intended uses, but the new Casino is expected to attract many more visitors.” Return to Minnesota Casinos. |
