legalize casinos in Kentucky.
- 55% goes to education - 20% to health care - 3%-5% to hosting cities and counties The Governor added, "If we approve this, it is going to create a revenue stream that is really going to help us to really jump start this state in so many ways: in education, in health care and economic development.
