New Casino Could Open in May

Grand Falls Casino and Resort announced last week that construction has progressed quickly. So much so that they may open early. The end of May is the possible scheduling time for the grand opening.

New employees are currently being hired. Ten of the directors have been hired. Manager positions are hopeful to be filled within a few weeks. Job fairs for the remaining positions will be held in April. 600 new positions will be available.

Located near the Iowa and South Dakota border, the casino is expecting to be competing with the neighboring state. It is expected that thousands of guests will be visiting the casino.

Originally expected to open in June, the Grand Falls Casino and Resort is excited to be a month ahead of schedule.
