Mississippi Belle II to Become Dinner BoatCLINTON, IA - The Mississippi Belle II will end its days as a gambling boat this summer and move down river to the Quad-Cities where it will be converted into a dinner boat. Wild Rose Entertainment, owners of the Mississippi Belle II, will sell the riverboat casino to Celebration River Cruises and transfer its gaming license to their new casino in west Clinton, which will open this summer. Celebration River Cruises will move the riverboat to the Quad-Cities where it will be converted to a dinner boat for about 1,500 passengers. The company owns three other riverboats and has offered dinner cruises in the Quad-Cities since 1984.
