Kinney County Scholarship Pageant

The Kinney County(Brackettville) Chamber of Commerce is once again preparing for the annual Miss/Mister Kinney County Scholarship Pageant, and once again we are seeking your support to provide the winners with a prize package that is fitting for a young lady and gentleman that will represent Kinney County for the next year. Pageant date for the 2008 Pageant will be March 1, 2008. We would like to start out by thanking all of you that have contributed in the past, and would like to welcome the newcomers that are now sponsoring one of the biggest events in Kinney County. As we prepare to crown the next Title Holders we find ourselves again looking to you for assistance. Please help us provide the best prize package in the history of the pageant. As a small West Texas community, 100 miles west of San Antonio, we all know what a challenge it is to coordinate functions of this caliber year after year, but the tradition will continue. The Kinney County Chamber of Commerce will award our annual college scholarship to Miss and Mister Kinney County as well as present the sashes, crowns, and trophies to all winners. Please help in any manner possible. Some of the donations we seek are:: Gift Certificates to various restaurants in Uvalde, Del Rio, and Eagle Pass, Brackettville Various denomination gift certificates at clothing and department stores. Mall Gift certificates. Beauty Salon, Hair Salon, Nail Salon gifts Make-up and perfume gift bags Clothing Store gift certificates Cash donations School/Scholarship Awards Any donation you see fit
Again, thank you for making the 2008 Kinney County Scholarship Pageant the best ever.
*Note: All donations should be received by the Kinney County Chamber of Commerce by February 25, 2008.
